Canididates are required to work with a partner to do setups and take-downs of tents, tables, chairs bounce houses and other items. Reliable transportation is a must. You also will have to be able to do many hours of physical labor including sledgehammering lifting squatting standing and you must be able to work well with a teammate or a crew.
