Looking for a bass player to be the 3rd member of our 3 person group. Want someone preferably in their 20's to 30s range. We are in the Silver Spring area. So ideally the person would be close to that area to facilitate jams and practicing as much as possible. We play a lot of Jam band or jam band versions of pop and rock (or really anything we feel like) so probably best if you are comfortable with improvisational stuff. I'm the 29 year old drummer and my 31 year old friend/roommate is the guitarist. We have a practice space and jam room outfitted with everything except a PA (but we're currently looking for a nice one). Anyone interested a few questions I would have are -What's your age? -What's your availability/vision --> We want to eventually play out starting with doing some busking again But for starters just keep getting sharper and having fun practicing - General area you're in --> again hopefully Silver Spring wouldn't be too far - What are your feelings about the Grateful Dead because we inevitably will play their songs lol Feel free to reach out with any questions or whatever you might have.
