Job Description: Under the guidance of the Crew Lead and Project Manager, the market Load In/Out crew works as a team to set up and take down the market site. Requirements/Duties - Be able to lift 50lbs - Construct prefabricated cabins - Be ok with heights, up to 20’ - Have a positive attitude and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Stand and move for shifts that are at least 8 hours long - Problem solving skills - Wear weather appropriate clothing; you will be outside in winter for most of each shift - Follow general safety guidelines as provided by onsite supervisor. - Follow directions - Work well with others as a team to accomplish goals - Use general hand & power tools, hand tools such as hammers, diagonal cutters, pliers, matte knives and power tools such as screw guns, sabre saws, etc. - Clear communication skills - Be on time - Recommended: bring your own work gloves & multi-tool - Please provide resume
