1970’s three story condo needs pressure washed and painted. Looking for an experienced painter that can pressure wash, mask off, and spray the exterior of this old building in Burien. We have a laborers that we can provide if needed. Hourly pay or hard bid are acceptable. Must have references and previous work that we can review.
