Square One Solutions is hiring for production associates to operate electric popcorn kettles in a snack production facility in South Reno. If you like popcorn then you will love this job, it always smells like delicious fresh popped corn! Employees will start by operating a large popping kettle, accurately measuring ingredients, making minor adjustments to temperature settings, and monitoring the process until the batch is finished. Through training, employees will become comfortable operating a total of 6 kettles at one time. You will also be responsible for packing finished, sealed bags of popcorn into boxes at the end of the production line, and frequent sanitizing. This position provides regular and consistent working hours for employees all year round with frequent opportunities for overtime. Employees are hired permenantly after 60 days of employement and begin enrollment for full health benefits including vision and dental insurance, as well as a 401k program with employer match after 120 days from date of hire. Advancement opportunities are available for forklift operation, shipping and receiving, line leads, supervisors, and more! Graveyard Shift Schedule: 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday-Thursday $17.50/hr Urine analysis drug test and full background check required (we do NOT test for THC).
