I inherited this property from my father who was drinking a lot towards the end of his life, hence the mess in the driveway. There is a lot of deferred maintenance, some of which I can fix myself, but other things I will need help with. This is number one on the list (or really number 17, but I can at least tackle this now.) Home equity loan comes in next week, I can cut checks starting the 22nd.
