Position requirements: · Minimum 2+ years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train. • Minimum High School diploma/GED required. • Ability to work occasional Overtime when needed/scheduled. • Must be able to lift a maximum of 100 lbs. on occasion with frequent lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs. • Must have reliable automobile transportation with valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance for getting supplies when needed, assisting at other properties when assigned, etc. • Will be responsible for assisting with snow removal during the winter months.
