Description
Salary Range of $42,000-$50,000, PTO and Health Insurance
Operations Manager needed for a busy commercial cleaning company. Candidates who have experience with similar duties in other industries (for example; restaurant management and hotel management) are encouraged to apply. All resumes will be kept in strictest confidence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Implement company goals and motivate teams to achieve performance objectives
-Maintain the oversight of lead cleaners at various job sites
-Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements and special assignments
-Perform quality control to conform with Company and customer standards
-Train staff on company's procedures and best practices
-Inventory/equipment usage control; maintain supply levels of chemicals and working equipment
-Complete work orders
-Manage general cleaning
-Conduct site inspections for conformance to standards
-Promote a TEAM environment
-Resolve employee issues in an efficient and timely manner
-Pass a criminal background check
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cleaning/janitorial field or field with similar duties
-Must be able to travel to multiple facilities during the same shift
-Excellent communication both verbal and written
-Strong service/quality attitude
-High energy individual that is detailed and disciplined
-Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work well under pressure and achieve effective time management
-Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines, self-directed
-Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance standards
