My husband has a passion for cooking. He worked as a pastry chef and chef in France and Italy when he was a student in Europe. He gave cooking classes with his brother in law (a chef in France with over 30 years experience) via zoom during the pandemic and some of our neighbors enjoyed participating. He is going to offer more recipes soon. The next class they have on the schedule is French crepes for this Wednesday- sweet or savory. The classes are scheduled a little earlier in the afternoon most of the time as France is 6 hours ahead of us.
