Seeking a maintenance worker to perform a variety of tasks including painting, trash removal, cleaning and repair work commonly associated with condominiums. Basic electrical & plumbing skills and experience with maintaining a commercial pool are necessary for this position. Responsibilities also include working with the Board of Directors and Management to ensure that the grounds are clean and maintained. Background check required. Salary is based on experience.
