We are taxed enough already !! That is why the original T. E. A. party was formed !! That's why we had the Boston Tea Party 250 years ago !! It's time that our Government learn how to SPEND LESS, instead of their usual practice of TAXING MORE !! We need to send a message to our governor and ALL politicians that it's NOT O. K. to simply keep taxing and spending us to death ! The biggest problem is, only 50% of Americans pay any taxes at all. The non-paying 50% vote to decide how much to charge the paying 50%. The top 1% of wage earners pay over 70% of ALL taxes. The top 5% of wage earners pay 90% of ALL taxes. There's a whole bunch of workers who pay no taxes at all. And you think it's a good idea for the government to charge the high-earners MORE ?? At one point in history, the federal government charge 90% tax on 'rich' people. You know what they did? They moved their operations out of the country, to avoid U. S. taxes. You want to get more tax money? How about charging EVERYONE more? 50% of workers pay NO taxes ! Low-wage earners should have some skin in the game !! We can even take taxes out of welfare checks !! There's all kinds of places to find more tax money, besides raping the 'rich'. And remember, you can only rape them so much, before they pick up their toys and leave the country. ** AOC, the new leader of the Democrat Socialist Party, recently wore a dress that said "Tax the Rich". Here's a little lesson for you 'tax the rich' morons: Rich people own businesses. -- Those businesses produce things that WE buy. When a rich person gets their taxes raised by the government, they simply pass that added cost onto us, by raising prices on everything WE buy !! It's already started; The normal cost of living increase is about 3 to 5% per year. Joe Biden raised the cost of living by 10% in ONE MONTH. You can see the results right now, by increased prices on EVERYTHING, from gas to groceries. WE, The Citizens of The United States of America, end up paying for ANY and ALL tax increases in this country, make no mistake about it. This 'tax the rich' thing is a game the government plays all the time. "Tax the Rich" sounds so cool to some people and they don't even realize that they're cutting their own throat by supporting that bullshit. Some POOR people hate 'rich' people so much, they'll vote to raise taxes every single time. The problem is, POOR people are negatively affected the most, by higher prices on food and gasoline. Rich politicians aren't affected. The party of the RICH is the Democrats. Look it up. There are far more 'rich democrats', than 'rich republicans'. The cry for 'higher taxes' is a game rich liberal politicians play with rich liberal business owners to make themselves even richer. Politicians raise taxes, business owners raise their prices, the rich get richer and they pay off the politicians with huge donations. This is a game for the government and the top 5% to play, not us peons. The bottom line is, the idea of 'Higher Taxes' is BAD for all of us 'normal' people. The government can conceivably raise our taxes to the point that 90% of your paycheck will go to the government. It's happening right now, in countries like Cuba, Venezuela, China, North Korea and others. You go to work, let's say you make $4000 per month, the government takes about $400..... Imagine if they decided to take $3000 instead. If we allow government to keep raising taxes, normal people will own nothing, because we'll "owe it all to the government". The only solution to our economic problem and out-of-control Nation Debt, is to force our government to spend less !! They keep coming up with new outrageously expensive 'spending plans' that We The People never asked for, or approved of !! These politicians work for US. It's time we show our elite politicians who's boss.
