Service Center Technician Our client is a worldwide leader in the Design and Manufacturing of Dry Pumps System, in-house servicing of Dry Pumps, and Turbo-molecular Pumps. Position Summary The Service Center Technician is a key member of the team, supporting clients in the Microchip manufacturing industry. Working under direct supervision, disassembles and re-assembles pump systems including the cleaning of parts for the rebuild process. This position does not require specific experience and anyone with reasonable mechanical aptitude can be trained for this great job! Essential Functions • Disassembly, cleaning, or re-assembly of pumps. • Receive pumps, generate parts order, perform teardown and condition reports. • Documents all observations during disassembly and generates failure analysis reports. • Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. • Checks power and hand tools for proper operation. • Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the assembly process. • Communicate all issues to Leads/Supervisor in a timely manner. • Re-assembly of pumps Other requirements: • Complies with safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. • Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. • Performs other duties as assigned.
