Summary Responsible for maintaining the property’s grounds and completing repairs and preventative maintenance. Onsite living is encouraged. Responsibilities • Provide preventative maintenance repairs and annual inspection of all unites. • Complete property repairs including but not limited to, minor maintenance, drywall repair, painting and appliance maintenance. • Complete timely unit turnovers. • Participate in company trainings. Qualifications • Requires a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience • Excellent customer service skills Benefits Excellent benefits competitive pay.
