As a Housekeeper, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring that each of the resident’s homes, as well as our community’s common areas, are exceptionally clean, healthy, and pleasant spaces for residents and guests to enjoy. This is not your standard housekeeping position – at Touchmark, you have the daily opportunity to build long-term relationships with the wonderful people who call this community “home!” The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Have experience working as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community, though this is not required Have a “can do” attitude towards their work and be passionate about maintaining a five-star site appearance Be able to read, write, and speak English in order to effectively communicate with residents and team members, and have the physical ability to perform tasks that require continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Touchmark is an alcohol and drug-free workplace and an EEO Employer.
