Property preservation sub contractor needed

Looking for someone to help our property preservation company as a independent contractor. Our company takes care of properties owned by banks and we are looking for someone who has basic tools and can preform task such as Change locks Clean up trash Janitorial Services Winterize Take Photos Ect. We can provide training videos on each task but you must be able to work on your own and get the jobs done without supervision. Pay is $28 per hour.
