Please submit an hourly rate, per employee for weekly cleaning. Please submit a price per square foot for LABOR ONLY for “scrub and recoat” and for “strip and wax” if you also offer those services. What: Nightly Janitorial Contract Where: Hardwick, VT Facility Size: 10,000 sq. ft. Coverage: 7 nights a week, 2 hours per night Estimated # of people needed: 1 person SOW: Clean and maintain floors of specified area with equipment provided (auto-scrubber, burnisher), clean restrooms daily, clean floors and tables in lunch room daily We provide: - Equipment/Machinery (burnisher, scrubber, wet/dry mops etc.) - Consumables (cleaning solutions, pads etc.) Sub-contractor Provides: - Labor - Propane for Burnisher - Safety Equipment Please submit an hourly rate, per employee for weekly cleaning.
