Our company is in need of a full time handyman to handle ongoing maintenance with rental properties as well as work on houses that we are flipping. The ideal candidate will have a least 5 years of construction experience, can provide their own tools, has reliable transportation, has great communication skills, and is eager to grow with our growing company. Common tasks will be painting, installing floors, minor plumbing and electrical, minor carpentry, etc. Pay is weekly at $18/hr to $22/hr dependent upon experience and other factors.
