MobilityWorks is seeking to add an energetic, determined, and driven IT Project Manager to our growing IT team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the progress for specific projects that could include integration, implementation, system update, and other improvement initiatives. The individual in this role will need to be a great collaborator and facilitator, ready and willing to work with a wide array of team members within IT, across the company, and with our IT product vendors. Responsibilities Include: Oversee product implementation, integration, update, and upgrade initiatives. Work with IT team, as well as other internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goals and project items. Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Communicating with senior leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals. Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain a high standard of work. Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change. Maintain project tracking software, Rhythm, to ensure clear status communication throughout the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT, Management, or other relevant field. 5+ years of experience in project management. 3+ years of experience in IT operations, or related technical background. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, but not required. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions and provide decision-making leadership to effectively influence others. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Willingness to successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening. Please note, this position will not have direct reports at this time.
