MobilityWorks, a division of WMK Inc. is seeking to add a new Financial Analyst to our Accounting Support Center based in our headquarters in Richfield, Ohio. The Financial Analyst will work with our Financial Planning and Analysis team in the Support Center and with others in the organization to provide analyses, identify and monitor variances and trends, and recommend actions to management. This role will be responsible for the tracking of WMKs financial performance against budget, create forecasts/reforecasts, prepare metrics and generate reports. What We Offer: Competitive wage. Responsibilities: Ensuring the accuracy and timelines of periodic reporting and operational metrics, such as monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports using our financial management systems. Providing the financial information and reports used by management required to make sound business decisions in a timely manner. Assist in the development of, and provide ongoing analysis of, key operational statistics and financial information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against plan and other matters such as operating effectiveness of both our consumer and commercial divisions. Developing, managing, and monitoring timely and accurate budgets, forecasts, reports and operating plans, including but not limited to: Margin analysis by store, product/service mix, by month. Departmental operating plans and budgets – with specific objectives to be accomplished for the year. Annual Operating and Capital Budgets- with details of major expenditures. Assisting with financial modeling and financial pro formas for presentation to executive management review. And possess: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in financial & accounting analysis functions in retail and manufacturing environments. Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal and external deadlines. Excellent computer skills and experience in preparing financial and nonfinancial reporting models Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions and provide decision-making leadership to effectively influence others. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management. Project management skills. Willingness to successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening.
