Looking for art studio space

I am an artist looking for an affordable studio space. To use on evenings and weekends for now but working towards weekday use. I know there are converted office buildings used for music rehearsal spaces/ artist studios but I don't know how to find them. I'm not even opposed to storage/garage spaces! If anyone can offer advice I could really use some. Just trying to live out my dreams! Thank you
