Job description: Traditions LLC is a growing, multi-division company, currently seeking full-time seasonal team members to assist in the installation and removal of holiday lights for both residential and commercial clients around Wisconsin. We are looking for hard working and reliable individuals who are comfortable working in any weather condition and not afraid of heights. Excellent performance in this seasonal position could result in a year-round position with Traditions LLC, working in one of our three other divisions (SOLENERGY Solar, PureWash Property Cleaning, and Traditions Landscape Lighting) for the other months of the year. Benefits: - Paid Weekly - Strong opportunity for overtime - Opportunity for year-round employment after holiday season - Paid training Requirements: - Ability to lift 50 plus pounds from ground to head level - Ability to safely handle and climb ladders reaching heights of 20-40 feet - Some weekends during peak installation - 10+ hour days where needed - Work in inclement weather conditions (rain, shine, snow, cold, we work in it all) - Potential travel for projects and stay overnight (not exceeding three days) for larger projects - Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time - Valid Driver’s License is preferred Daily Responsibilities: - Arrive at designated shop location 5 minutes prior to start time - Complete assigned projects with your team - Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment - Assist in other minor shop tasks Any outdoor, manual labor experience is preferred as our line of work is physically demanding.
