66lb 11 y.o. Male American Pitbull escaped our yard at 2nd St. NE in Rio Rancho (Rainbow & Northern) on 9/14 between the hours of 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Jesel is very sweet and recently diagnosed with dementia. He also underwent neutering procedure 2 weeks ago and was recovering at home so he has no tags or collar on.
