Now hiring for general labor positions to work at our outdoor tour and event location in north Indio. Primary Responsibilities include: - Trimming bushes - Pulling reeds from ponds - Clean up fallen palm fronds and other foliage after wind storms - Set-up and clean-up for events - Help to set up lighting for events - General labor to keep the event facilities and grounds clean and presentable (pick up cigarette butts, raking the grounds, emptying the trash, sorting trash and recycling, etc.) Special Projects may involve: - Digging ditches - Moving rocks - Sanding and/or varnishing picnic tables and benches - Painting - Helping with small construction projects Previous landscape maintenance or construction experience is desirable. Must be dependable, hard-working, and able and willing to work outdoors in the heat, cold, or wind. Must have reliable transportation to get to/from the work site and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Must speak English fluently, be a team player, be able to follow directions, and be able to work independently. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
