Real estate investment company looking for several handyman for several make ready homes. Must have handyman / builder experience. Must have construction and remodeling experience. Must have own tools and transportation. You must have a reliable truck, power tools, hand tools, ladders etc. You must have experience in customer service. You must be reliable and dependable. The proper candidate must be available all throughout the week from Monday to Saturday. You must have at least 5 years experience in the following trades. Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Drywall Flooring Tile Painting Roofing Concrete Masonry Assembly Must have experience in at least eight of the skilled trades listed above.
