Well folks it seems "Dr." Webb is back. He has been absent from CL for several years now but has decided to try his scam again. He used to end his post with "Blessings, Dr. Webb". But he didn't do that this time. I wonder why? The phone number is for Tropical Weddings and has nothing to do with a ministry organization. He is just trying to drum up business. Don't be fooled. Avoid him like the plague.
