Job Overview The Head of Housekeeping role is critical to ENVITAE’s success. The Head of Housekeeping manages the cleaning operations of our Chicago buildings. Tasks include scheduling the cleaners, performing regular inspections, cleaning units, and meeting guests for check-ins in addition to helping address whatever needs and complaints guests may have. We strive to deliver excellent customer service, and our Head of Housekeeping is our local resource between ENVITAE and the customer. The Head of Housekeeper will be responsible for all of our Chicago units and will need to have flexible hours. We often get check-ins during nights and weekends and need a Head of Housekeeping who understands that our customer is the priority.
