Apex Window Werks is an experienced, well-known company that specializes in the repair and restoration of wooden window frames and other window fittings (window sills, brick moldings, sash, and more), glass replacement, and defogging. We are experts in the makeover of windows that are damaged due to weather and other conditions. Apex Window Werks is currently looking for some experienced, quality-driven Glaziers as we have been classified as an essential business and are very busy! We are providing masks, sanitizers, wipes, etc, and are following CDC guidelines while providing needed services. The candidate should: • Be able to accurately read a tape measure and be comfortable using hand & power tools • Ability to learn Apex Window Werks installation methods • Know proper installation techniques • Participate and help coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget • Provide “Quality Control” on all phases of projects to ensure that packing, loading, and cleaning expectations are met at all times • Be able to work both on a team cohesively as well as independently, being accountable for actions and work • Be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs • Be able to climb ladders • Collect payment on installations • Provide service repairs on installed jobs as required by your manager • Glazier experience a plus. Basic Qualifications: • Ability to take initiative, resolve Jobsite issues, and work in a team environment is essential • Honest & transparent with customers, must be able to multi-task, be a self-starter, and re-prioritize tasks involved in completing daily workload • High attention to detail on all tasks performed, execution on all installations, and follow-up communication relaying information to the main office • High level of technical problem-solving skills and people skills Will train the right candidate.
