Constantine Construction and Farm has immediate opportunities available for the remainder of the landscape season but most importantly as a snow team member! This position is a seasonal/On Call opportunity throughout the winter months (approximately November through March). Hours may vary week to week but could lead to full time year round employment. Averaging 40-50+ per week during the landscape season and on call during the winter for snow events. Responsibilities: Fall Tasks including mowing, planting, leaf removal, perennial cut back, ETC. Winter event tasks include shoveling, scraping, equipment operation and salting. Must be able to walk, bend and stand on your feet for 10 or more hours Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted. Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation to assigned meeting location. Other duties and tasks required as assigned Winter season events are on call 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Must have a valid and reliable cell phone (text option preferred) to communicate before during and after winter events Compliance with drug and background screening required. Consistently contribute to maintain and exceed customer expectations. Exhibit safe work practices and use of proper personal protective equipment at all times Qualification Requirements: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: None required (On the job training is provided) LENGTH/KIND OF EXPERIENCE: Preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in snow operations. Pay is based on experience.
