JOB SUMMARY Maintenance Assistants support the Maintenance Director in keeping the property in excellent shape. You will be able to use your mechanical skills as well as learn new skills as you work with the Maintenance Director to make repairs both inside and on the grounds. POSITION OVERVIEW § Handle miscellaneous repairs and up keep requests from residents or team members § Ensure units are clean and ready for move in by coordinating with Community Relations team and vendors § Assist Housekeepers to keep community clean and tidy § Complete routine maintenance inspections and repairs throughout the building and grounds QUALIFICATIONS: · Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect · 2+ years of similar or relatable experience in maintenance, property management maintenance or similar. · Passion for interacting with our residents.
