Update about stolen female brindle pit mix

**I have already called the police and tried to file a report!!! They refuse to help me becuz she isn’t chipped!!!** Update: so 2 people had gotten her back but 1/2 of the people (the guy that goes by Evil) ended up demanding a reward of at least $100 and becuz I cannot come up with any money right now he’s taken off with my dog and cannot be found by the other person who helped (her names Lexi, the two were friends but not anymore not after all this bs) spent the now last 2 days straight tryna locate Evil and my dog… Day #1 she went and sat in her Dodge Durango up on NE Columbia Blvd in North Portland where Evil hangs out, out there but no sign of him or my dog or even a possible sighting of him being there at all by anyone of his friends out there. Day #2 she sat in deep Gresham where he hangs out from time to time (downtown-ish Gresham kinda by TC) and there was no luck with that either…. She got back in the area she stays in about 4-5:30am this morning exhausted and pretty much falling asleep while standing… she told me he might be over off Powell blvd and 122nd so I told her rest for today and that I’d go check it out and see if that’s where he could be…. Even if he isn’t today or what not he may be could be there after today…. her names Kaylee shes a black/brown brindle pitbull mix, she was stolen from me in portland from the homeless community on corner of se 94th ave and se salmon st in portland, OR 97216 but might be in clackamas as well she was also last seen by me with orange service dog harness on as well as the thick pink reflective collar. shes brindle and has white on chin, chest, and white tipped toes...
