Car insurance claim body shop issue

My 2017 car was hit while parked a couple weeks ago. I have progressive insurance and they surveyed the car's damage at "their shop" first. It should be totaled, honestly. The frame looks definitely bent between the 2 doors on the driver's side, but their shop did an estimate to fix it at 4,000. I didn't realize I had a 2,500 deductible, so basically now I'll get 1500 to fix it at another shop (because I can't stand "their shop"! The employees are rude and extremely unhelpful to say the least! I want to take it to another shop that can help me. Please... any suggestions are super appreciated!!!!
