As a Service Representative at Coinstar, you will drive a company provided vehicle on an assigned route, performing general routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on Coinstar kiosks using small hand tools. What you’ll do: -Visit Coinstar kiosks on an assigned route to perform basic maintenance at customer locations -Clean kiosks (inside & out), remove debris, and change paper -Routine software updates, basic trouble-shooting, calibration, and minor repair -Test basic components of kiosk to ensure all parts are working properly; repair or replace worn parts using small hand tools -Report advanced technical problems and assist with troubleshooting over the phone as necessary. -Assist with updating signage, displays and installation of wireless kits -Regularly interact and communicate with store partners, coworkers, external customers, and employees. Successful candidates will have: -High School diploma or GED -Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. -1+ year of experience in a customer facing position, such as merchandising, retail, or route sales. -Ability to use small hand tools such as a screwdriver, pliers, and Allen wrench -Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills -Computer skills including use of Internet and Microsoft Office -Strong interpersonal and customer service skills -Ability to work a flexible schedule including early start times, holidays, weekends, etc. -High degree of self-motivation to work independently. -Experience in basic maintenance, electro-mechanics, ATM or vending maintenance a plus! Essential Requirements: Service Representative work involves operating a motor vehicle to service kiosks, which requires the ability to regularly and safely perform all functions of operating a motor vehicle, including prolonged sitting. Servicing kiosks includes frequent positioning oneself, handle objects weighing up to 30 lbs, occasionally moving or lifting objects up to 85 lbs, and occasionally moving coin bins up to 600 lbs using a specially designed hand truck or pallet jack.
