Searching for Chewy's current owner Carrie. She's a NICU nurse and adopted Chewy back in March. He was found wandering at Cave Creek and Nisbet Rd. He is safe with a foster and I've been unable to reach Carrie to return him. I suspect she might have changed numbers.
