The Vehicle Purchasing Administrator is responsible for handling all dealer paperwork to process vehicle purchases assisting the efforts of the Vehicle Procurement Specialists in acquiring inventory. The Vehicle Purchasing Administrator reviews vehicle titles, processes payments, and other administrative tasks associated with purchasing vehicles. They also provide updates to sellers and MobilityWorks staff on vehicle pickup and title status. _______________________________________________________________________________ Essential Job Functions and Duties: Process WAV purchases in MobilityWorks system Provides sellers appropriate documentation to finalize purchase Works with and assists Vehicle Transportation Manager on arranging transportation Updates sellers and MobilityWorks staff on vehicle pickup and title status Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 3 + years of inventory and/or sales support experience highly preferred Excellent customer service skills and experience is required Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required Competency using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check and pre-employment drug screening
