Who adopted this Smooth Fox Terrier

I'd like to know who adopted my male five-year-old smooth hair fox terrier on this site. He's black and white with a little brown on back of one foot. He was not returned to our rescue. He still has our microchip and I'd like to know where he's at and how he's doing.
