Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of tasks to fulfill customer needs in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. These tasks include the use of a utility knife to open corrugated boxes, pick items from a picklist and assemble multiple customer orders simultaneously and apply correct product labels to pack items into shipping cartons. This position requires flexibility and adaptability towards the changing needs of the business. Starting wage is between $14.00 - $18.00 Roles and Responsibilities: • Pick products for specific orders • Pack orders and ensure that all items are correctly placed • Load & unloading of inventory for delivery vans and tractor trailers using pallet jack • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) • Clean and maintain work area by breaking down cardboard boxes for recycle Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Must be extremely detail-oriented • Must be hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment • Must be self-motivated and punctual • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction, using proper safety methods • Meet and exceed personal and warehouse goals • Ability to work individually and with a team Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent
