Job Requirements- Follow established cleaning practices and procedures, compliance with quality standards and regulations. Work schedules and Workforce systems must be followed and strictly enforced to ensure highest customer satisfaction. Manage and train janitorial workers to complete the cleaning in the right way. This position may require to work on Saturday and Sundays if needed. Work to be performed through basic schedule but flexibility is keyword. Essential Functions- - Supervise cleaning crews - Must be able to perform cleaning activities when needed - Responsible to train new crews - Provide guidance (technical, quality, compliance) to cleaning crews - Ensure that schedules and workforce systems being followed - Report and communicate directly with operations manager - Maintain highest customer satisfaction - Customer site walk throughs - If needed hands on work required - Maintain inventory levels for timely reordering Other Responsibilities Include- - Collaborate with Operations Manager, and Quality teams to manage schedules necessary to clean customer sites. - Participate in required training - Act as a backup to the other Supervisors. - Performs related duties as assigned Skills In- - Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, (bilingual a plus) - Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English - Ability to work in a team environment and independently - Establish and maintaining collaborative working relationships with customers Knowledge of- - Floor Maintenance such as Strip & Wax, Tile & Grout cleaning, Pressure Washing a + - Prior experience of cleaning and supervising - Basic knowledge of email and cellphone use required - Attention to detail is required, integrity is a lead word - Excellent attendance record - Must follow work instructions Physical Requirements And Working Environment- - A clean cut required when representing the company What You Can Expect From Us - We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success. - We are committed to help you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive pay.
