Our season opener and first performance under director Peter Steenblik
Savor a program of America music, featuring a choral classic: Randall Thompson's setting of seven poems by Robert Frost, including "The Road Not Taken" and "Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening."
The concert also includes a setting of Emily Dickinson's "Heart, We Will Forget Him" as well as "Amazing Grace," "Down By the Riverside," and the inspiring anthem "Lift Every Voice."
The Choral Society's 80-voice chorus and an 11-piece chamber orchestra will be conducted by our new artistic director, Peter Steenblik.
