Join Tabbasum Siddiqui a certified integrative health coach, ethical and regenerative health fashion designer and owner of Ultavivre for an interative workshop that will help to restore balance in your life through a focus on healing the body through rest.
Restoring Balance: Healing the Body Through Rest, focuses on addressing the outcomes of living under racial capitalism and white supremacy, which include a lack of rest and the feeling of being "soul-tired"
The workshop will cover the effects of prolonged stress on the body, especially in BIPOC communities, the 7 types of rest and will provide the participants with an opportunity to participate in a restoring balanced breathwork, meditation and yoga routine.
It will also offer a time for reflection and some herbal elixars.
The workshop will be hosted at the monthly pop up at The Farm at Kelly Miller.
Please make sure to wear a mask and bring something to sit on like a blanket or folding chair.
