Full-time maintenance and HVAC technician needed to work on our various apartment complexes throughout the city of Jacksonville. This is a full-time position and an opportunity for you to join our team and to work with a talented group of individuals dedicated to providing the best service possible to our tenants. Duties and Responsibilities: Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Manager, for the general maintenance of our apartment complexes, HVAC maintenance and repairs as well as all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations of the community. Essential duties include but are not limited to: -Electrical, plumbing, and painting -Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors -Turning units for new move‐ins -HVAC knowledge & experience mandatory PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT PERFORM ALL OF THE ABOVE Experience Requirements: -Must pass a background check -Must have at least one (1) year maintenance experience (past or current) -Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Required
