Description
Newburyport Development is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our portfolio of real estate, retail, residential, restaurant and marina properties. A construction background with a working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry is required. Helpful attitude and leadership skills are a MUST as you will manage a maintenance team and work closely with tenants, contractors, community business owners and other internal departments. Seasonally you will participate in responding to weather events and may work with our marina team. We pride ourselves in keeping all properties in top condition and want someone with an eye for detail in understanding preventive maintenance and will work proactively as it applies to our portfolio.
