Please help an elderly wounded veteran

I am posting this for an elderly wounded veteran he has been in and out of the hospital with pneumonia as well as having a heart attack while he was in a facility to recover he had rented out his home and they ruined it please if someone would just help him get his hot water heater working because he has no hot water and help install a new sink fixtures that he already has purchased please he has no extra money for anything is in desperate need of help thank you if you respond it would be great
