Work can be based on a project-to-project basis or continuous work. Work available is perfect for people who enjoy gardening and landscaping and want control of the days and hours they work. Positions Available Are: Crew Associate: Generalist Trainee; If you like working outdoors, willing to learn, do physical work, get in the best shape of your life, this is it. Projects will include planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, light construction, cleanups, invasive plant control, edging etc. Must have own reliable vehicle. Crew Associate: Generalist; Experience, talent, passion and ambition are all a must. Must be proficient at plant identification. Projects will include planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, light construction, cleanups, invasive plant control, edging etc. Must be able to take accurate inventories and records. Must have own reliable vehicle. Crew Associate: Garden Specialist: Duties are to design, plant and maintain 4 season container gardens, as well as annuals and perennial beds. You will be the master/mistress of our rose gardens, so expertise with roses is needed. Must be a talented planter and proficient at plant identification. If you believe in garden fairies and energy, we want you! Must be able to take accurate inventories and records. Computer skills necessary. Must have own reliable vehicle that you can haul plants with. Gardening tools a plus. Pay is $25-$37 hour depending on talent, competencies, speed and doing impeccable work.
