Seeking Carpenter / Builder to make custom bookshelf

Hello, I am seeking some help. I would like to have someone help me build a white bookshelf above the stairs. The bookcase will be staggered over the stairs and be approximately 9ft x 12ft. I will compensate you! I am hoping to get this done within a month. It will probably require us to meet once for measurements and again for installation. Maybe another time in between if needed? Let me know if you can help me with this! Please give me an estimate of what you would like to be paid (including material costs).
