We are looking for someone to provide full time support to our Operations team at our Roasting Facility in Long Island City, 4-5 days per week for 8 hours a day.
We source and roast our coffee with pride and we hope you feel the same way about your work!
Job responsibilities will include weighing and bagging coffee, assisting with warehouse and store inventory tracking, packing and delivering coffee, prepping orders, helping to keep our space neat and tidy, and van driving experience.
Here are some things that will really help you be awesome at this job:
-Please have a valid drivers license and 3+ years clean driving record and NYC Driving Experience. This is a very big plus!!
-Strong attention to detail -- We're not kidding! Our coffee is special and mistakes are costly!
-Self-Starter and able to self manage your workload.
-Team Player -- We all work really nicely together and we have lots of laughs, too.
-Basic math and conversion skills.
-Capable of lifting/moving bags and/or boxes weighing 100-150 lbs.
-Ability to think on your feet, literally and figuratively! This is an active position. You'll be on the go a lot, but you get to drink all the coffee you want!
