Dar’s Staffing is seeking on call/as needed Flaggers/Laborers to set up & direct traffic on roadways. Our yards are located in Barnegat, Woodbridge, Williamstown and Galloway you must live within 30 mins from either yard. No experience is required we will train. We offer direct deposit. Pay rate is $12.50 an hour on the books. Qualifications to work for Dar’s Staffing are: - Must at least 21 years of age - Must have a valid driver license - Must have own transportation - Must be able to pass a drug test - Must be able to stand 8-12 hours a day in any kind of weather - Able to lift up to 50lbs - Must be able to work weekends and holidays - Must have your own working smartphone - Must be available to work on call 24/7 for emergency calls - Must provide flagger certification within 30 days of hire Responsibilities are but not limited to: - Distribute traffic control signs and markers along the roadway in the designated work area. - Control the flow of traffic through closures using a sign, hand or flag signals. - Warn workers when approaching vehicles fail to follow traffic plan to prevent accidents and/or injuries to workers. - Inform drivers of detour routes through construction sites. - Drive company trucks as needed. - If interested working with Dar’s Staffing, please contact our office at 908-910-2296.
