***Established Electrical Contractor Seeking to Hire FULL TIME Licensed Electricians, Non-licensed Electricians and Experienced Apprentices*** We are a small family owned/operated mostly residential based electrical company located in PBC serving Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties. *Employment Requirements: -Must Have Own Vehicle -Must Possess Own Tools -Must Have Valid Florida Drivers License and Valid Auto Insurance -Clean Driving Record (record will be run prior to interview) -Drug Free Workplace (drug screening spot checked at any time) -Background Checks (background check will be run prior to hire) -Willing to Work Overtime if Needed -Fluent In English - Reading/Writing -Clear Understanding of Health and Safety Codes -Experienced Only *Essential Job Basics (includes but not limited to): -Strong knowledge of the Electrical Construction Industry -Strong knowledge of NEC and local code -Ability to produce in the allotted turnaround time -Multiple jobs a week -Meet job demands and job performance expectations *Physical Requirements (includes but not limited to): -Stand for long periods of time -Use hands to handle, control, feel objects, tools and controls -See the differences between colors, shades or brightness -Attic work -Use muscles to lift, carry push or pull heavy objects -Bend or twist body -Climb ladders -Be able to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) *Expectations: -Great Work Ethic: Hard worker / Honest / On Time / Detail Oriented / Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills / Polite / Ability to Work Well With Others -Presentation A Must: Neat and Clean Professional Appearance / Well Spoken / Proper Attire *What We Offer: -Long Term Employment -Full Time Employment with Overtime Opportunities -Great Pay - Based on Experience -Vacation Pay -Holiday Pay Available -Yearly Bonuses if Applicable
