Qualifications Water, Mold, and Fire: 5 years (Preferred) IICRC Certification (Preferred) Full Job Description Title: Xactimate Specialist and Disaster Restoration Expert Position: We are looking to add an experienced Xactimate Specialist and Disaster Restoration Expert to our growing company. This position will provide business leadership and technical support to our nationwide network of mitigation and restoration specialists. MUST have knowledge and experience in the restoration industry. IICRC certification and experience is a MUST. Through careful planning, coaching, and continuous learning of best practices, the Xactimate Specialist and Disaster Restoration Expert will increase profitability and quality for our teams nationwide. Areas of Responsibility: Support field personnel with Xactimate estimates Provide field and technical support Complete forms necessary for the delivery of a complete bid package and follow customer scope of work accurately Inspect job sites with client, sales and adjuster to prepare detailed scopes of work and repair estimates in Xactimate in a timely manner Communicate effectively and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters Facilitate communications between the adjuster, the client and field operatives Provide insurance industry expertise (IICRC) to the field Ensure field operatives have proper documentation during each phase of the bidding process Use critical thinking and problem solving to recognize construction issues Will be responsible to input date into RMS and Xactanalysis Qualifications: Experience in the restoration industry is REQUIRED Experience with training personnel Expertise with Xactimate Experience dealing with insurance programs (TPA) IICRC-certified in water, mold and fire Leadership and mentoring skills Sales coaching skills Must be highly organized and goal-oriented Previous insurance adjusting experience Application Question(s): Are you willing to work nights and weekends ("on call")?
