Energizing outdoor Zumba class with instructor Max Durbin
Enjoy an energizing Zumba class in the park with instructor Max Durbin. Find him on Instagram @maxdurbsdance. Zumba is a total body workout, combining many fitness elements - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Trust me, you'll feel great. Max's playlist includes Latin, pop, and 80s music, and he does take requests.
ANYONE can do Zumba. No prior experience or fitness level required. Max will provide low/high intensity options when possible, and encourages participants to modify movements as needed. The purpose of the class is to move your body, get sweaty, and have fun!
To Bring: Water!
Wear: Sneakers and athletic clothes
COVID Guidelines: Please follow CDC guidelines regarding mask-wearing and social distancing. Please be considerate of others' comfort levels.
Class will be held in Lincoln Park in the SW corner, under a large tree - see map below for reference.
Please note: tickets are transferrable, but not refundable. In the event of rain, tickets will be reimbursed or transferred to the following week.
