A fun evening with great food & good company Attendees are provided a snack when they arrive. We provide all the food, equipment, and supplies. Teams of 2 make the recipes that we demonstrate. We provide assistance, and every person gets to eat or take home a portion of every recipe. MenuEnjoy this 4-recipe cooking class with bold colors and harmonic flavors. Learn how to make a traditional Mediterranean meal. From Appetizers (mezze) through authentic couscous, and the beloved middle eastern custard (malabi). Homemade hummusSpicy tomato saladCouscous with chicken and vegetables (We can leave the chicken out for vegetarians) Malabi (a meditation custard)About the InstructorAmalia Schneider is a professional chef and a long-time food enthusiast. Amalia earned a Certificate in Culinary from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and has worked for Abigail Kirsch and has assisted chefs cooking at the James Beard House.
